Benefits of Group Counselling
Group therapy can be transformative. Having others around to hear, witness, and empathize with what you are going through can make a major difference.
Under the supervision of a certified counsellor, varied strategies to improve from people who are going through something similar can help you persist and make it through the storm.
It can be difficult to share in front of others, but there is never any pressure to do anything you are not ready for. Whether you are shy and quiet or outgoing and boisterous, you are welcome and belong.
